Yacht and Waves is a yacht charter service that provides yacht charter services to customers. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Yacht and Waves. The GTC serve to regulate the rights and obligations of Yacht and Waves and its customers. In particular, the GTC details the booking conditions, payment conditions, cancellation conditions, and limitations of liability of Yacht and Waves. The GTC are binding on the customer as soon as they make a booking with Yacht and Waves. Yacht and Waves reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. In this case, the amended GTC will apply to all future bookings made by the customer with Yacht and Waves.
